The Service provides an aggregated, searchable digital database of Philippine jurisprudence (Supreme Court decisions), Republic Acts, Batas Pambansa, Presidential Decrees, and Executive Orders. The Service utilizes proprietary algorithms, Full-Text Search (FTS5) capabilities, and machine-readable data compiled from public records.

While the raw text of judicial decisions and statutes are public domain documents (Sec. 9, Republic Act No. 8293), the proprietary arrangement, search algorithms, user interface, compilation, and specific digital formatting of the Service are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
